3Happy Valentines Day! I made single cupcake boxes, four-cupcake boxes and mini cupcake flower pots. Tieing the bows on the mini flower pots was practically impossible. That was the hardest part about making those.

Mini Cupcake Bouquets! Ranging from 12-17 minis, these are my favorite to make!
Christmas Mini Cupcakes! I made these in vanilla, chocolate and gingerbread. These were delivered to Fort Pierce and Miami! I was nervous making a two hour drive with eight boxes of 24 minis in my passenger seat, but we made it just fine and were very well received at my aunt Marlene’s office. I made the candies using candy-melts with different Christmas shape molds.
Elmo cupcakes for my little cousins birthday! The red icing was a bit difficult to make. I had to use a bunch of the Wilton red icing coloring, along with Wiltons already-made red cookie icing. Just using the icing coloring with my buttercream gave me a very nasty pink color. The eyes are marshmallows cut in half, with a dot of black chocolate, his nose is made of half an orange slice candy and I made the smile with black cookie icing.

My first order in Miami for my tia Kristina’s baby shower. Chocolate monkey cupcakes filled with chocolate gnash, blue vanilla cupcakes, and green pineapple upside down cupcakes. I made the monkeys with mini and regular size Vanilla Wafers and black and red icing gels.
